From alumni.berkeley.edu - obituaries, Issue September 2000:
Paul Reshatoff, May 26, [2000] in San Carlos. During his career at Lockheed, he developed specialized computer software capable of directing telescopes and antennas to within five feet of a target from a distance of 400 miles.
We were close for a couple of years during college, whenever we were both home for breaks. I always wondered how his life turned out.
I roomed with Paul in a dormitory at Berkeley before we both graduated in 1970. He was really a good person. I located him via the internet years later when he was working at Lockheed Martin and was glad I did. I wish that we had more subsequent contact. One of his professors at Berkeley was Ted Kaczynski, aka The Unabomber. I never discerned any negative impact that he had on Paul.
