Julie Bartlett married Rip (or Rick) Sears and was the mother of 9 children. She stayed in my home in Utah for a week a few months before her untimely death at the age of 42. I met her when she moved to Belmont when we were in 6th grade. We went to the same church. I remember good times during middle school I spent with Julie and Dorothy von Berg. She was incredibly smart and witty.
I knew Julie in elementary school (MacDougall), Ralson and Carlmont. She was a treasure --smart and athletic. Ran into her at, I believe, the 15-year reunion where she showed pictures of her step-ladder brood of children (and she was pregnant at the reunion). Suspected she had passed when I saw something with Rip's name and a different wife as they were both devout Catholics. Grew up with the Sears kids who lived across from the old Central School in Belmont. Noni (Winona) Sears was, I believe, in the Class of 67.
