Dale Ervin Scott passed away on Aug. 27, 1999, due to health issues related to the Vietnam War.  This information was provided by his sister Carol Thompson of Nevada City, CA.

Dale's obituary follows:
"Dale E. Scott of Sutherlin [OR] died Aug. 27 [1999] at age 51...

He was born April 30, 1948, in San Francisco to Ervin and Anna Bell Coker Scott.

He served in the Army during the Vietnam War from 1969 to 1971.  A Realtor, he lived in Eugene [OR] for 14 years before moving to Sutherlin in November 1998.  His interests included football, hunting and fishing.

Survivors include a brother, Gary Rhoades of Napa, Calif.; and two sisters, Ellen Henry of Flowery Branch, Ga., and Carol Thompson of Nevada City, Calif..."
